AIImagetoVideo Affiliate Program Terms
These AIImagetoVideo Affiliate Program Terms govern your participation in the AIImagetoVideo Affiliate Program. "AIImagetoVideo," "we," "us," or "our" means the operator of AIImagetoVideo. "Affiliate," "you," or "your" means the person or entity applying to or participating in the program.
By applying for or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms, any rules shown in the affiliate portal, and any written instructions we provide from time to time.
1. Enrollment
To join the AIImagetoVideo Affiliate Program, you must submit an application through our designated affiliate platform or any other method we provide.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
You are responsible for providing valid payout and tax information when requested.
We may reject, approve, suspend, or remove any applicant or Affiliate at our discretion.
2. Review and Access
After you apply, we may review your website, social channels, audience, traffic sources, promotional methods, and brand fit.
If approved, you may receive access to an affiliate dashboard operated by us or by a third-party service provider.
The dashboard may include your referral link, tracking data, program notices, and other affiliate information.
Approval does not guarantee continued participation. We may review your account at any time and suspend or terminate access if continued participation is not appropriate.
3. Eligible Products and Qualified Purchases
Commissions are earned only on eligible AIImagetoVideo products or plans that we designate.
Eligible products may include AIImagetoVideo subscription plans and pay-as-you-go credit packages, unless otherwise excluded.
The following do not qualify for commission: custom-priced plans, enterprise deals, negotiated contracts, free trials, refunded purchases, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, test payments, or other excluded transactions.
A "Qualified Purchase" means a purchase that meets all of the following:
The customer is a new paying AIImagetoVideo customer.
The customer reached AIImagetoVideo through your valid affiliate link.
The purchase was tracked successfully by our affiliate system.
The purchase was not refunded, cancelled, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise disqualified.
The purchase complies with these Terms and all applicable program rules.
We have final discretion to determine whether a purchase qualifies for commission.
4. Commission Rate and Calculation
Unless otherwise stated in the affiliate portal or written program materials, the standard commission rate is 30%.
We may change the commission rate from time to time. Any updated rate applies according to the effective date we communicate or display in the affiliate portal.
For subscription plans, commissions may be calculated on the eligible subscription amount for up to 12 months from the initial Qualified Purchase, unless we state otherwise.
For pay-as-you-go purchases, commissions may be calculated on eligible one-time purchase amounts.
Taxes, VAT, discounts, payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, credits, and other adjustments may be excluded from commission calculations.
5. Payouts
Commission payouts are processed according to the payout schedule, threshold, and method shown in the affiliate portal or otherwise communicated by us.
You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and any required tax or compliance documentation.
We may delay, withhold, offset, or reverse commission payments if:
a purchase is refunded, cancelled, disputed, or charged back;
tracking is incomplete, inaccurate, or appears manipulated;
we detect fraud, abuse, self-referrals, misleading promotion, or a violation of these Terms;
required payout or tax information has not been provided;
payment processing is restricted by law, platform rules, or compliance requirements.
6. Application Rejection
We may reject an application for any reason, including but not limited to:
websites or channels involving illegal, deceptive, harmful, adult, hateful, violent, or infringing content;
promotion methods that conflict with AIImagetoVideo's brand, product positioning, or user trust;
websites or accounts created mainly to resell, imitate, or misrepresent AIImagetoVideo;
coupon, deal, or incentive-based promotion that does not comply with our rules;
any activity that may create legal, reputational, security, or operational risk for AIImagetoVideo.
We are not required to provide a detailed explanation for rejection.
7. Prohibited Promotion Methods
AIImagetoVideo has a zero-tolerance policy for paid advertising.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running Google Ads or any other form of paid promotion, including but not limited to:
search advertising;
social media advertising;
display advertising;
native advertising;
retargeting or remarketing;
sponsored placements;
performance marketing campaigns;
any paid traffic using AIImagetoVideo brand terms, product names, misspellings, or confusingly similar keywords.
Unless we give prior written approval, you may only promote AIImagetoVideo through organic and non-paid methods.
Examples of allowed organic methods may include:
organic social media;
content marketing;
blog posts;
tutorials and reviews;
email to your own opted-in audience;
word-of-mouth referrals.
You may not:
make false, exaggerated, or unsupported claims about AIImagetoVideo;
suggest that you are an employee, agent, official representative, or exclusive partner of AIImagetoVideo;
use spam, unsolicited bulk messages, fake accounts, bots, or automated traffic;
create fake referrals, self-referrals, or manipulated transactions;
offer unauthorized discounts, coupons, bonuses, refunds, or incentives;
promote AIImagetoVideo on misleading coupon pages or fake offer pages;
copy, clone, frame, impersonate, or otherwise imitate AIImagetoVideo websites, landing pages, checkout pages, or product interfaces;
use content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates third-party platform rules;
promote AIImagetoVideo in connection with illegal, offensive, deceptive, or harmful content.
We may request that you remove or revise any promotional content at any time.
Violating this section may result in immediate suspension, commission withholding, and termination from the Affiliate Program.
8. Required Affiliate Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote AIImagetoVideo.
Your disclosure must be easy to notice, placed close to the promotional content, and understandable to the average viewer.
Examples may include:
"I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link."
"This post contains an affiliate link."
You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, consumer protection, and platform disclosure rules.
9. Brand Assets and Licensed Materials
We may provide logos, banners, screenshots, copy, product visuals, or other promotional materials for Affiliate use.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these materials only for promoting AIImagetoVideo under these Terms.
You may not alter our logos, brand marks, or official materials unless we give written permission.
All goodwill arising from your use of AIImagetoVideo brand assets belongs to AIImagetoVideo.
We may revoke permission to use any brand asset at any time. If your Affiliate status ends, you must stop using AIImagetoVideo materials and remove affiliate links where reasonably requested.
10. Intellectual Property
AIImagetoVideo, its website, products, technology, brand names, logos, designs, content, and promotional materials are owned by AIImagetoVideo or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
You may not register, purchase, or use trademarks, domain names, social handles, keywords, app names, or other identifiers that contain or imitate AIImagetoVideo without written approval.
11. Compliance With Laws
You are responsible for complying with all laws, rules, and regulations that apply to your promotional activities.
This may include advertising laws, consumer protection laws, privacy laws, anti-spam rules, platform terms, endorsement disclosure rules, and tax requirements.
If you promote AIImagetoVideo outside your country of residence, you are responsible for understanding and following the local rules that apply in each relevant jurisdiction.
12. Program Changes
We may update, pause, expand, reduce, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.
We may also change commission rates, eligible products, payout rules, tracking methods, attribution windows, prohibited methods, or other program terms.
Changes may be posted on our website, shown in the affiliate portal, or communicated by email or other reasonable means.
Your continued participation after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
13. Suspension and Termination
Either you or AIImagetoVideo may end your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your Affiliate account immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, harmed our brand, or created legal or operational risk.
After termination, you must stop using your affiliate links, AIImagetoVideo brand assets, and any program materials.
Commissions generated through fraud, abuse, prohibited promotion, or violation of these Terms may be cancelled or forfeited.
14. Independent Relationship
Your participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, or sales representative relationship.
You have no authority to bind AIImagetoVideo, make promises on our behalf, negotiate terms for us, or represent yourself as part of our company.
You are solely responsible for your own costs, taxes, business obligations, and promotional activities.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIImagetoVideo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to the Affiliate Program.
We do not guarantee any level of traffic, referrals, conversions, commissions, or earnings.
Tracking systems, third-party platforms, payment processors, and affiliate dashboards may occasionally experience delays, errors, outages, or limitations.
16. Disputes
If a dispute arises from these Terms or the Affiliate Program, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it informally in good faith.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the handling process, governing law, venue, and arbitration or court requirements will be determined by the final legal version of these Terms.
This section should be reviewed and finalized by legal counsel before publication.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable where possible.
18. Entire Terms
These Terms represent the main rules for participating in the AIImagetoVideo Affiliate Program and may be supplemented by additional written program policies, dashboard instructions, or brand guidelines.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and other program materials, the most recent written terms provided by AIImagetoVideo will control unless stated otherwise.
