Refund Policy
At AI Image To Video, we are committed to providing a reliable AI image-to-video generation service powered by Google's Veo model. We understand that not every purchase works out as planned, and this policy explains when and how you may be eligible for a refund.
Please read these terms carefully before completing a purchase. By purchasing credits or a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
1. Try Before You Buy
We offer free trial credits with no feature limitations, allowing you to test our Veo-powered image-to-video generation at no cost.
We strongly encourage every user to fully evaluate the service through the trial before making a paid purchase. Once you have confirmed that the output quality meets your expectations, you can proceed with a paid plan with confidence.
2. Automatic Refunds for Generation Failures
If an image-to-video generation task fails due to a technical issue on our side, the credits consumed by that task will be automatically returned to your account, typically within 24 hours. Eligible failures include:
Server errors on our infrastructure
Model-side timeouts or outages
Internal pipeline failures
The following situations fall outside the scope of automatic refunds and are not eligible:
Input images that violate our Content Policy
Invalid, corrupted, or unsupported input files
Prompts rejected by safety filters
Tasks cancelled by the user after generation has started
If you believe a failed task should have been auto-refunded but the credits were not returned, please email support@aiimagetovideo.pro with the relevant Task ID, and our team will review the case manually.
3. One-Time Credit Purchases
You may request a refund for unused credits from a one-time purchase within 30 calendar days of the original transaction date by emailing support@aiimagetovideo.pro.
The following items are non-refundable:
Credits already consumed by generation tasks — regardless of whether the task succeeded, whether the output was downloaded, or whether the result met your expectations
Promotional, gifted, or referral credits
Credits purchased on sale or under any discounted promotion
Add-on credits issued as part of a bundle or campaign
4. Subscription Plans
If you have stopped using AI Image To Video but forgot to cancel your subscription before it renewed, we are generally happy to refund your most recent subscription payment — provided that no credits have been consumed and no videos have been generated since that payment was processed.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the transaction date, from the email address associated with your account.
The following are non-refundable:
Used credits that have been consumed by generation tasks
Subscriptions where one or more videos have been generated during the current billing cycle
Renewal payments where the subscription has already been used in a previous billing cycle
Any subscription payment older than 30 calendar days
5. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your AI Image To Video account.
- Email us at support@aiimagetovideo.pro from the email address associated with your account.
- Include the following information in your message:
- Your account email
- The transaction date and order ID
- The reason for your refund request
- For failed-task disputes: the relevant Task ID(s)
Requests submitted from an email address other than the one on the account may be delayed for identity verification.
6. Review and Processing
Once we receive your request, our team will review your account to determine eligibility. The review takes the following factors into consideration:
Whether credits from the transaction have been consumed
Whether videos have been generated, downloaded, or shared during the period in question
The date of the original transaction
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank or card account again — refunds may take a few additional days to appear.
- Contact your credit card issuer, as posting times vary between providers.
- Contact your bank, as additional internal processing is sometimes required before a refund is officially posted.
